Shipping and delivery estimates
We will ship in-stock orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order can be expected to ship within 1 to 2 business days. But in some cases it may take longer. All estimates are based on working days.
If you order multiple items with different shipping destinations, you may receive separate orders shipped. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days, depending on your destination and carrier.
For example, if you order a product from Hikidspace, you will need to:
1. 1-2 working days for processing;
2. Delivery takes 2-5 working days.
This means your parcel can arrive in as little as 3 working days and as slowly as 7 working days.

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the product is not damaged. Order tracking
For every order you place, you will receive at least 2 emails:

A: There’s no need to change your billing address. We ship orders to the shipping address provided at checkout regardless of whether or not it matches the provided billing address.

A: We can modify your order at any time before shipment. However, once your order has shipped, the package's destination and contents cannot be changed. Please contact our customer service team at customer@hikidspace.com for further assistance.
Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We currently have warehouses in the United States. All products in your order will be sent to you from the nearest warehouse that has them in stock.

Q: Why does my package show that it has been delivered, but it hasn’t?

Q: Why does it say my tracking number is invalid?

The shipping company will then scan your package and their website will update with the tracking number. I had a corner that was cluttered up with a lamp and a table. This takes up less space and looks better. It’s all fairly sturdy metal except for the shelves which are some kind of pressboard with fake wood laminate, but they look real and don’t feel flimsy. Putting it together was easy, the instructions are simple enough. It’s helpful not to tighten the legs or screws until you have it all together, that way you can eyeball along the legs to make sure they’re straight. It came with only three with clips to run the cord down one of the legs, I ended up using zip ties instead to get a tidier look. The shade edge border is just a thick fabric adhesive tape, it was not perfectly applied in some spots but it was easy to unpeel the edges of it and stretch it out to look smoother and straighter. Anyway it’s easy enough to use some other shade if you like.
